Pizza Hamburgers
I was bored with just plain hamburgers so I just whipped these up. I figured it would combine the yumminess of grilled hamburgers with pizza. And boy was I right. They are quite easy and tasty
Ingredients
1 pound hamburger
1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
hamburger buns
Pour about 1/4 of the jar of spaghetti sauce into the hamburger and mix up. If it is too watery you can use some bread crumbs to make it hold together, mine never had that problem. Shape into patties and then grill the patties until reaching 160F. While they are grilling you can toast your hamburger buns with a little of spray butter on them. After the hamburgers are done to assemble place hamburger on bottom bun, add about a tablespoon of sauce on top of the hamburger and sprinkle with cheese. Place top of bun and Enjoy!
